A gathering is only as memorable as what's on the table. That belief is where Porco e Vaca began.
Charcuterie had gone mainstream, but the experience hadn't kept pace. Beautiful ingredients arrived in disposable packaging, customization was an afterthought, and convenience came at the expense of craft. We set out to build something better.
Our name is Portuguese for “Pork and Cow” a tribute to the two pillars of great charcuterie, exceptional cured/uncured meats and cheeses, and a nod to Portugal's culinary heritage and instinct for hospitality.
